Here is Griffin
versatility in a heavy-duty pulse jet collector for solids processing
and product recovery. Built as a stand-alone unit, or as modular construction for unlimited airflow, these collectors can
perform under the harshest conditions.
Choose from a wide range of standard models,
options and accessories. Or if your application is unique, we'll custom
design a system to meet your particular needs.
JET-AIRE FEATURES
- Removable top access doors.
- Easy bag replacement through top
clean air side of baghouse.
- Walkway and ladder package per OSHA
specifications.
- Cages of 11 gauge galvanized wire
support bags.
- Standard bags are 16 oz. singed polyester
felt, snap-band style.
- NEMA 4 control panel is side mounted
and wired to solenoid valves. Magnehelic gauge shipped loose.
- Top railing with ladder access meets
OSHA specifications.
- Compressed air manifold with pressure
gauge is located below diaphragm and solenoid valve assemblies.
- Diaphragm and solenoid valves connected
by copper tubing. Solenoid valves are in NEMA 4 enclosures.
- Factory tested valves and electrical
controls. Compressed air manifold is pressure tested in our shop.
- Heavy-duty construction Baghouse
and hopper are 12-gauge HRS welded construction. Tube sheet is 10-gauge.
Standard design is -20" WG and 280° F
VERSATILE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION
- Dust laden air enters the collector through
the hopper or through a high-entry inlet housing section.
- An internal baffle distributes the dirty
air within the housing, reducing air velocity.
- Heavier particles drop into the hopper,
while lighter particles collect on the outside surface of the bags.
- Filtered clean air flows to the clean-air
chamber and exhausts through the outlet.
- Periodic compressed-air pulsing removes
accumulated dust from the bags with cleaning frequency and duration
adjusted by solid-state timers.
- Dust falls into the hopper for removal through
the discharge device.
STANDARD JET-AIRE MODELS
Our many standard Jet-Aire models have a wide range of sizes and cloth
areas in either square or rectangular arrangements. The SA and DA lines
use nominal 4'' bags with no venturi necessary. Other model lines use
nominal 6" bags with a venturi-in-cage assembly.
